Courtney Knowler

Courtney graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in the Active Health and Rehabilitation concentration from Simon Fraser University in 2024. She is currently a Registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).

Courtney grew up playing sports, representing her high school in volleyball, basketball, badminton, and cross country. Her active upbringing and working with physiotherapists ignited her desire to help others in need. She is no stranger to injuries and understands the long and challenging road to recovery through active rehabilitation. By utilizing her knowledge in anatomy and biomechanics, she hopes to encourage and educate others, while alleviating pain and strengthening the body.

During her free time, you can catch Courtney working out at the gym or trying her hand at sports (such as badminton and skiing). She also loves exploring Vancouver with her family and friends.
